Description
We are looking to expand our Sales Team and are on the look out for an intelligent, experienced, Business Development Executive to join our sales team. We are an established NSI Gold company, specialising in high end security systems (Panasonic, Avigilon, Honeywell, XPlan, Microtech, Kantech, Pelco, Axis). Experience in the industry would be extremely advantageous. This is a great time to join Clarion as the company looks to expand over the next few years. You will be expected to generate leads in the UK through cold calling and networking activities, whilst ensuring that you adhere to sales processes and procedures as per Clarion’s format. You will attend industry exhibitions and supplier demonstrations on request of the director, whilst ensuring you are in the know when it comes to new industry products. The ideal candidate will be target driven and will successfully generate business through turning leads into orders and promoting Clarion at each opportunity. Part of your role will be to arrange and carry out demonstrations for potential clients whilst also arranging and attending appointments in the UK. You will be expected to report regularly to the Director on the progress of leads/orders/market intelligence. The employee may be required from time to time to carry out other tasks to meet the business needs.

Salary – Basic annual salary with additional commission based on target achievement.

Description
Due to continued growth we are now looking to recruit an experienced individual with a proven track record to undertake 1st and 2nd line technical support, maintenance & development of the company’s IT infrastructure and Clients systems. As well as the technical skills required, the successful candidate must have good communication skills and a customer focused attitude.​

 Essential skills

  • Microsoft MCSA, MCSE, Cisco CCNA and Red Hat RHCT, RHCE certifications highly preferred
  • Desktop support skills – Windows XP, 7, 8 & 10, Office 2013 & 2016, Office 365​
  • Upkeep of Windows based domains 2008, 2012 & 2016 Server, Active Directory, Exchange 2013
  • Good understanding of TCP/​IP, DNS, DHCP
  • VPN tunnel setup and troubleshooting

 Advantageous Competencies

  • Experience with Sharepoint and Dynamics CRM
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server

Knowledge of all these brands is not essential as training is provided, but would be advantageous.

The Job

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic & self motivated IT support technician to work within our growing IT department based in Audenshaw. This is a rare opportunity to assist in supporting & maintaining our internal IT infrastructure and growing Client base.

Responsibilities and Duties

Every day will be different, but some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 1st & 2nd line IT support (hardware & software) to colleagues & Customers.
  • Assisting with the pre-build of customer equipment such as PC, servers, WiFi bridges, switches, routers, IP cameras etc.
  • Evaluating new technology for both internal & external use.
  • Assisting the sales team with technical designs & demonstrations.
  • Maintaining & updating system documentation.

Qualifications and Skills
