Our Service Team

Our Service Team is split between our head office in Manchester and a base in the Stevenage area. It is set up and organised to function 24 hours a day all year around with our 24 hour telephone line 08442 0844 22.

We follow stringent NSI’s regulations in terms of response time which is four hours for certificated intruder systems and as contractually agreed with the client for other systems.

Depending on your security risks and your reliance on your system, you can select the right level of cover and also fine tune the schedule. However all levels of cover follow a common process:

  1. Our service engineer will respond to your call within minutes, with a view to diagnose and resolve any technical issues over the phone.
  2. If this results in a site visit, this will be agreed and booked during the conversation.
  3. Site visit will take place as agreed.
  4. An attendance docket will be produced for the site log book and for your records.
  5. Any recommendations or remedial works will be forwarded to you for your consideration
