Meet our Apprentices Aaron and Brad

Part 3 of 3

At Clarion we are committed to the development and growth of Apprentices and currently employ six apprentices that form part of our engineering and administration teams. If you haven’t  met them already, we’d like to introduce you to two of our Installation Apprentices…

Meet Aaron and Brad…

Aaron O’Neill
“I was really attracted to doing an apprenticeship as I liked the idea of being able to learn a new trade and new skills whilst being able to earn money at the same time. I like that I get challenged every single day as no installation job is the same, I am always learning and bettering myself from the guidance given by the engineers.
I really enjoy that I get to meet new people and work directly alongside our customers every day. In 5 year’s time I see myself working as a fully qualified installation engineer for Clarion with a whole new skill set. I hope that I will be thoroughly enjoying the benefits of learning a new trade and will be able to deliver the best installations to our customers. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym and keeping active, I like to socialise with friends and on occasion game with friends”.
Brad Mannion
Brad1 “The main thing that attracted me to do an apprenticeship was that I knew that I would have the opportunity to learn more by being shown the installations of our systems “hands on”. I think being part of the whole installation process helps me learn quicker and the more I am part of these installations the better understanding I can grasp of the systems. I also think I gain more experience of working on site directly with customers and in different industry environments.
I love working for Clarion because everyone gets on with each other and we all respect each other equally and everyone is always willing to help. Hopefully in 5 year’s time I see myself being a fully qualified engineer working for Clarion and completing work to the highest of quality for all of our customers. In my spare time I like to socialise with my friends, watch films and play football”.
