Latest Customer Satisfaction Rates

Ratings from all our clients are compiled twice per year and are included in Clarion’s management review under ISO9001.   Figures for the last period have now been made available.

The overall perscentage is a combination of both the Service Department’s and the Installation Department’s results.  So well done to both teams as we have reached a magnificient 99.06% of Excellent rates and 0.94% of Good rates.

We also take this opportunity to thank all our clients’ site representatives for rating Clarion so well and providing us with such great feedback.
