The Administration Team and Management have been working for several months towards the new Quality Standard 2015 (from 2008).
Today we were finally undergoing the transition audit from 2008 to 2015, under scrutiny of the National Security Inspectorate.
The new version of ISO 9001 calls heavily on leadership and commitment from top management. Directors and executives were questioned on various aspects of the business, such as operations and customer satisfaction; we had to explain how performance is measured and reviewed for improvements regularly. Topics such as the risks and opportunities faced by Clarion were also discussed at length to ensure that the company leaders have the necessary vision for the future.
In short, we are please to announce that Clarion Security Systems Ltd is being recommended as compliant to the new standard and we can expect our certificate shortly. No observations or improvement notes were raised by our Auditor. This testifies that Clarion uses robust processes to deliver quality design, installation and maintenance to its customers.
Each team member has played a role in this, ensuring our clients are happy throughout the process, so a big thank you to all the Staff.
