IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

Description
Clarion is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join the IT team. We are an established NSI Gold company, specialising in high end security systems (Panasonic, Avigilon, Honeywell, XPlan, Microtech, Kantech,Pelco, Axis). You will work closely with our IT Manager and Managing Director to deliver IT projects as requested and ensuring all relevant parties are kept up-to-date on project progress. You will administer our internal IT and Security infrastructure, this may also include user/client support whilst also providing 2nd line technical support to our IT/Engineering teams.You will be committed to the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure and it’s performance, whilst ensuring all of our IT helpdesk and documentation is kept up-to-date.The ideal candidate will have experience in design/installation and administration of network and knowledge of Microsoft Server/Windows OS, Hyper-V, VMWare. You will be a Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages including Access, Visio and will have Knowledge of Web technologies such as HTML/PHP/Java and WordPress. An understanding of switches, routers and firewall appliances and knowledge of mobile technologies such as iOS and Android would be beneficial.Salary -£19,000 – £23,000 DOE

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Description
We are looking to expand our Sales Team and are on the look out for an intelligent, experienced, Business Development Executive to join our sales team. We are an established NSI Gold company, specialising in high end security systems (Panasonic, Avigilon, Honeywell, XPlan, Microtech, Kantech,Pelco, Axis). Experience in the industry would be extremely advantageous. This is a great time to join Clarion as the company looks to expand over the next few years.You will be expected to generate leads in the UK through cold calling and networking activities, whilst ensuring that you adhere to sales processes and procedures as per Clarion’s format. You will attend industry exhibitions and supplier demonstrations on request of the director, whilst ensuring you are in the know when it comes to new industry products.The ideal candidate will be target driven and will successfully generate business through turning leads into orders and promoting Clarion at each opportunity.Part of your role will be to arrange and carry out demonstrations for potential clients whilst also arranging and attending appointments in the UK. You will be expected to report regularly to the Director on the progress of leads/orders/market intelligence.The employee may be required from time to time to carry out other tasks to meet the business needs.Salary – Basic annual salary with additional commission based on target achievement.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Description
This is a great time to join Clarion as the company looks to expand over the next few years. As part of our expansion plans we are looking to recruit and Account Manager to join our Sales Team. We are an established NSI Gold company, specialising in high end security systems (Panasonic, Avigilon, Honeywell, XPlan, Microtech, Kantech,Pelco, Axis). Experience in the industry would be extremely advantageous.Your role will be to manage a portfolio of accounts and use contact to generate new enquiries at every opportunity. You will assist with sales quotations as per Clarion’s format, price list and procedure and will follow up quotations with a view to obtain order or close the quotation record on the system.A core part of the role is to build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships. The successful applicant will prepare annual reports on customer activity whilst analysing and feeding back on customer activity.You will ensure meetings are arranged to review customer activity and follow up with action plans.You will be expected to gather client feedback and comments on a monthly basis and will analyse the feedback and report to other departments in line with the company’s continuous improvement objective.The ideal candidate will have strong presentation and negotiation skills, confidence and a persuasive manner. It’s important that the candidate has strong time management skills as they will be expected to work on multiple projects.  You should be commercially aware and comfortable working with figures.The employee may be required from time to time to carry out other tasks to meet the business needs.

Salary – Basic annual salary with additional commission based on target achievement

INSTALLATION ENGINEER

Description
Clarion is looking for its next Engineer to join the existing installation team.  Our Company is an established, reputable and professional systems integrator, providing quality installations to larger businesses, industrial and commercial clients as well as to the Public Sector. This is an excellent career opportunity to join an established NSI Gold company, specialised in high end security systems (Panasonic, Avigilon, Honeywell, XPlan, Microtech, Kantech,Pelco, Axis). If you like technology and team work we would like to hear from you.Duties mainly consist of installation CCTV, access control, intruder alarms systems for prestigious client base. Experience of installation of the security core disciplines is required, and technical competency to commissioning levels would be reflected in your grade.Desirable skills include communications skills and problem solving skills, as well as knowledge of industry standards.An ECA or CSCS card and an IPAF licence are also desirable but not essential. Driving licence and successful screening are conditions of employment. Laptop, mobile phone, commercial vehicle, PDA, full uniform and H&S training provided.Salary – £27,000 – £33,00 DOEIf the above sounds of interest then we would love to hear from you!
